Ron Winaker, Director, Smartshore Services
Ron Winaker is US based Director of Smartshore Services LLC. Ron is an IT services industry veteran and has over 18 years of experience with IBM and 7 years with Perot Systems (Dell Services). He has worked indirectly for several Large Financial Organizations and an insurance broker and has led projects that have ranged from design and consolidation of data centers to technology integration, telecommunications implementation and planning. Ron has BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a MBA from the Towson University
Amit Saraff, Director, Smartshore Services
Amit is a seasoned Outsourcing expert and has been with Smartshore for almost four years. Amit has been involved with Outsourcing for 13+ years and has been instrumental in conceptualization and implementation of global Outsourcing and sourcing startegies for UBS Investment Bank, JPMorgan Chase and MBNA (now Bank of America). Amit has an MBA from University of Delaware and Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from MIT, Manipal.
Jyoti Poddar, Director, Smartshore Services
Jyoti is spearheading the marketing in India for Smartshore. Jyoti has several years of experience in project management and marketing management. Jyoti is a Post Graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur, Masters in Economics from Mumbai University and Bachelor in Economics from St. Xavier College, Mumbai.
